I liked how accommodating the staff was by allowing us to check in early, which was a great convenience.
The pool was disappointing with its limited operating hours (5 PM to 11 PM) and cold temperature. When I raised this concern, I was advised to use the sauna first to warm up, which wasn't ideal. Additionally, the facilities seemed outdated and in need of renovation, although they were clean. The bathroom, sink, and decor appeared old-fashioned. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet was underwhelming, with minimal options available. Overall, given the price, I had higher expectations.
