I stayed at Hotel Unal Istanbul for several days and had an exceptional and memorable stay.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Istanbul, offering excellent accessibility to everything the city has to offer.
It is surrounded by numerous shops, cafés, and local markets, and is conveniently close to all major public transportation options, including tram, metro, and bus lines, making it very easy to move around the city.
The property itself is extremely clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organised, providing a comfortable and peaceful environment throughout the stay.
One of the highlights of my experience was the outstanding professionalism and courteous behaviour of the staff. They were consistently polite, respectful, and welcoming, always showing genuine care and attention to guests’ needs.
Their helpful attitude and excellent manners truly enhanced the overall quality of the stay.
The breakfast was excellent in every aspect, offering a wide selection of fresh, delicious, and high-quality items each morning, which was a perfect and enjoyable start to the day.
Overall, my stay exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, exceptional service, and a prime central location in Istanbul. 5 stars kind regards Assadolah Sahadaat
