I used this hotel for a one-night stay before flying out of Istanbul. I had a very early flight so I was looking for something.

The hotel is located in the heart of Istanbul and is very close to the railway station.

Unfortunately, the towels and bed were not clean; the towels had hair all over them and the bed sheets had stains.

I did not feel comfortable sleeping or showering during my stay.

The location is the only good thing about the hotel, the rooms are very small, of course we did not expect anything special according to the price

For a short Istanbul trip it's okay

We had an amazing family stay at Grand Esen Hotel, with a great location and breakfast! The staff was also very friendly
