I strongly advise against staying at this hotel!

We stayed here as a family and booked three separate rooms. All three were in terrible condition: old, worn-out furniture, chips and stains everywhere, torn curtains, dirty grey drapes, mould and constant dampness in the bathrooms. None of the rooms came anywhere close to the standard expected from a five-star hotel.

In one of our rooms, the sink started leaking directly onto an electrical connection near the hairdryer. The power kept cutting out, which was not only inconvenient but also extremely dangerous. Staff came three times to fix the problem, but it was never resolved. Eventually, we were moved to another room that was in even worse condition.

Another major issue was the staff. They barely spoke any English and could not understand even the most basic words, which made it extremely difficult to resolve any problem. Room service was practically non-existent: you had to call around ten times, repeat the same request several times, and still receive nothing.

There were many other unpleasant situations, but the main point is this: anyone looking for a comfortable stay, especially at a five-star hotel, should not stay here. This hotel does not meet its advertised standard in terms of room condition, service or safety.

Avoid this hotel at all costs.
