We stayed as a family of 3 children and 5 people. To be frank, we are not easy customers; we are especially sensitive about our children. However, Alper, Samet, Volkan, Yusuf, Emrah, and all the other staff, whose name in the restaurant I do not know, welcomed us, especially our children, very nicely.
During our stay, our car broke down and all the staff literally ran to help us in every possible way. They made phone calls, contacted the necessary people, and did everything they could. At that moment, I never felt alone. I believe that the most important feature of a hotel is its staff, and the staff here are truly the strongest part of the hotel.
In addition, I will definitely come back here due to its proximity to Taksim, location, and especially the friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. As a family traveling with 3 children, we felt very comfortable and safe.
I especially thank all the staff. The attention and helpfulness you showed us were really valuable to us. I definitely recommend it.
The only negative point I can mention is that unfortunately the room cleanliness was a bit below our expectations. For me, it is not a big problem, but it can be improved. Breakfast was unfortunately a bit monotonous and could have been more diverse; however, the waiters added flavor to the breakfast.
