Only the location is good, but it's not close to any public transportation.

The girl at the reception is also good, really kind and helpful.

As soon as we entered, we immediately noticed the dirty room, already used toilet paper, a tiny balcony in extremely dirty conditions, a smelly mini fridge with an aluminum tray for food still inside. Room cleaning is done every 3 days, as indicated by them next to the doors; breakfast is always the same with few options available and definitely leftover items from previous days. We had to ask for more toilet paper. The air conditioner is poorly positioned, and very old in any case; poor soundproofing; after the only cleaning received in 6 nights and 7 days, the bathroom was not even cleaned, just a quick sweep. Oh, I forgot, very very small room.

The city is beautiful, but what is in the city is not quite beautiful

I got in touch with someone from support on booking, I explained to them that I will arrive at the hotel earlier than the check-in time, at 5 o'clock, the support from the app confirmed that they contacted the hotel and that an earlier check-in will be done if possible, or I can leave the luggage at the reception, that didn't happen, I arrived there at 5 in the morning, the person at the reception was sleeping on a sofa, I knocked on the door for him to open, he came out angry, I explained the whole situation to him and he replied that there are no rooms available, we understood, he didn't let us leave the luggage, we stayed in front of the hotel for 2 hours until 7 o'clock when a person from sanitation passed by and asked us what we were doing there, he knocked on the door of the receptionist and asked him how is it possible to let us stay like that in front of the hotel, only after that he let us leave our luggage inside.

They are not updated with the bookings made on booking, you arrive there and you don't know if you have a reservation or not, even though you pay

Excellent location - 5 minutes walk to Sultanahmet and Aya-Sofia. Very good staff, always ready to help. Special thanks for assistance with the package - the staff even paid for its shipment. Recommend!

Among the cons - the room was a bit dark, as there was not enough natural lighting. Otherwise, everything was good.
