Excellent location - 5 minutes walk to Sultanahmet and Ayasofya. Very good staff, always ready to help. Special thanks for the assistance with the package - the employees even paid for its shipment. I recommend!
As for the cons - the room was a bit dark, as there was not enough natural lighting. Otherwise, everything was fine.

We are a couple who have stayed more than once at this hotel. The first time was when we got married in 2016. We had always been very comfortable and the staff was friendly.
Now there is an older man at the reception who is very rude. When we arrived, he asked us to prove that we are married (which we can understand), but his attitude was one of scorn and prejudice at all times, as if we were undesirable people. We spent some time looking for our documentation on the phone and the man kept treating us with contempt. Finally, he gave us a room 1 meter from the reception which was literally a dark hole, as if he wants to 'keep an eye on us'. We complained and another receptionist, whom I believe may be from Azerbaijan, was kind and understanding and gave us a decent room.
My wife felt humiliated, judged as if she were a streetwalker going to a hotel for sex work. As a Turkish man, I felt disrespected and judged by a fellow countryman.
We really liked this hotel but this very unpleasant experience has made us decide to never return.
We understand that they want to be a respectable hotel, but they cannot judge us directly. We are very disappointed.
