The staff tried to be friendly, as I tried to cancel from the first day, just like but it was not possible
Nothing to do with the photos, in the same reception, we could not stop looking at the photos of the Hotel from the booking application with the reality we were facing, we felt like canceling immediately but unfortunately, in order to book, you have to make the payment in advance there we realized the mistake. Now we are in another Hotel where without resorting to the application and checking the price beforehand we entered to ask and it still offered us cheaper and the image that the Hotel gave us nothing to do with the previous one. Therefore, I recommend coming without a reservation and I feel very sorry for the application, but that's how I had to do it from the first day, and then if I am interested in booking at the same door or at the same reception of the Hotel, so I do not give more room to deceits, as it is not the first time that it has happened to me here in Turkey to pay in advance through the application and then they do not accept the price of the application and do not let you check-in, the same thing already happened to me here four years ago and until Booking.com refunded me I had to manage to book another Hotel, there were other guys at the reception who had exactly the same thing happen to them as to me, as it seems that the receptionist was talking to the owner or the manager and they did not accept the bookings from Booking.com.
