WassimeGood hotel for a stay in Istanbul
I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Istanbul. The establishment is clean, comfortable, and very well located. Nearby, you will find many shops, restaurants, a shopping center, and metro stations, which makes it easy to get around the city.
The staff is welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. A big thank you especially to Israfil, who was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. His welcome and availability really made a difference.
I will gladly come back and recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The hotel level has changed from previous times and breakfast was very bad.
I will book without breakfast next time.
The room cleanliness was not up to standard. There was hair in the corners of the room and on the prayer mat.
The room was facing the street and very noisy.
I recommend an internal room with a window, not a French balcony.
I strongly advise against taking the airport taxi through the hotel.
Extremely disrespectful staff... It's better to use Uber or a car through Booking.com to the airport. A simple increase in cost but you will be spared the hassle and lack of respect...
Breakfast was not good. The cleanliness was poor and the room noise from the street was loud.
