The location was pleasant, reception staff were nice. Price was okay.

I was quite disappointed that the description of the budget double room did not make it clear that the room was located in a basement with no windows. The photos in the listing showed a window, but it turned out that window faced the hallway in the basement. Our room didn't even have that one window, which I actually prefer. The reception staff couldn't assist as they mentioned it was in the booking information, but I checked all the confirmation emails and it wasn't mentioned. So, it's advisable to confirm with the hotel before booking to avoid any surprises. The booking support was not helpful either. I believe it's crucial to be transparent about the provided conditions; it should clearly state that the room is IN A BASEMENT!
