Особенно понравился вежливый персонал, размещение отеля, и чистота в номерах.

The location was nice, nice reception desk staff. Ok price.
The fact that the listing for the budget double room didn't clearly mention that the room was in a basement with no windows. Was really disappointed. The listing pictures for the room had a window visible, but it was super misleading because that window was actually facing the hallway in the basement! (our room didn't even have that one window which tbh i think it's better). The reception desk couldn't help because they said it's mentioned in the booking but i checked all the confirmation emails and nothing is mentioned. So yes, check with the property first before booking to not get any surprises. Booking support didn't even help. In my opinion it's really serious to not be transparent with the conditions offered, it should be advertised properly that the room is IN A BASEMENT!
