The hotel reception was excellent. Mr. Haji, the manager, and all the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. They treated us like family and made us feel truly at home. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
The bathroom was well-maintained and included shampoo and soap. However, it would be even better if amenities such as toothbrushes, razors, and other toiletries were also provided.

Nice inconspicuous, simple hotel, where the price-performance is right. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was nice, friendly, helpful. I didn't have breakfast there, but had dinner, which was okay, but nothing special. You can sit there very nicely, despite the street. The location was perfect for me, many shops, bakeries, restaurants nearby. Buses right outside the door, it's just under 10 minutes to the metro.
Everything was fine.
In the restaurant, the staff could be a little more attentive, it always took a long time until I was served, even though it wasn't very busy.
