Will not repeat the experience at this hotel

Location

The breakfast is very inconsistent with the hotel's presentation, monotonous, tasteless, daily tasteless salads, very salty and sour cheese, slices of questionable taste salami or pressed ham, lack of honey, weak coffee, and occasionally missing glasses both in the room and at the table. There is a bad sewage smell in the rooms, uncomfortable mattresses.

Close to the Old Town and within walking distance, but not very comfortable for a longer stay.

Location, close to the old town by foot.

It doesn't provide the level of service you would expect from a 4-star hotel. I would rate it as a 2-star hotel at best. There's no shelf or holder in the shower area for shampoo, soap, etc. I had to hang a plastic bag to keep my toiletries there. 🛠️

Fair

Starting with the fact that my girlfriend demanded a voucher. But I am fair. Good things include location, friendliness of the staff, condition of the corridors and elevators. The bathroom is odorless with fairly new sanitary ware, although the shower head does not hold. Good bed - does not squeak.

Starting with the fact that out of 5 lamps in the room, only one was working. The air conditioner was not working, and when you open the window, there is an unbearable noise from cars honking nearby all night. The room is very cramped - you have to squeeze between the bed and the table. The furniture is worn out. No view from the terraces, breakfast is disappointing.
