Dramatic and unhygienic

Nothing

Upon entering the hotel room, we immediately noticed that the bed was full of hairs. When we reported this to a staff member, the bed was remade with a different fitted sheet. Unfortunately, this fitted sheet also had stains. We found this to be particularly unhygienic and absolutely unacceptable for a hotel room.

Additionally, next to the hotel is a parking garage where there is currently a construction site. This construction site was poorly shielded, causing pebbles to fall from above and damage our car. Despite the staff witnessing this, unfortunately, nothing was done about it.

We are very disappointed about the hygiene, safety, and how our complaint and the damage to our car were handled. We expect a suitable solution and a response from the hotel.

The room was clean and we appreciated having a living area and a small kitchenette with a fridge.

The bathroom was good.

There was noise in the hallway both nights, with guests running around, banging doors, and playing loud music.

Despite not speaking much English, the reception staff came to our room on the second night when we told them about the noise, and it stopped.
