AhmedThank you very much, we had a lovely time in Istanbul.
Please enhance the breakfast options and address the uncomfortable mattress. Additionally, consider providing soup and shampoo instead of foam soup which is not very useful.
I enjoyed the view from our room on the sixth floor, as well as the hotel's location and surroundings. The staff were also excellent and very helpful.
