Catastrophic

Stay of three nights unfortunately very disappointing upon our arrival.

We had a confirmed reservation for two rooms, but upon our arrival, the hotel informed us that only one room was available. Furthermore, the room offered did not match the one indicated in our reservation.

After a trip, finding oneself in such a situation despite a confirmed reservation is particularly unpleasant, especially when it is a family stay.

We finally spent the three nights in the hotel, but this mishandling of our reservation greatly affected our experience and our trust in this hotel.

A confirmed reservation should be honored, both in terms of the number of rooms and the type of room reserved.

Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel.

I made a reservation for four adults and one 10-year-old child for a week at Beyzas Hotels & Suites. We selected this hotel in anticipation of a pleasant and peaceful vacation with courteous and professional treatment of guests.

First and foremost, I wish to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mehmet. He was the sole staff member who made us feel welcomed. He consistently exhibited kindness, respect, helpfulness, and professionalism. Whenever we needed aid, he was there with a smile. His exceptional customer service is commendable, and he was the sole reason for any positive aspects of our stay.

Regrettably, our encounters with Hakan were starkly different. Right from the start, he raised his voice at us, spoke in a highly disrespectful manner, and conducted himself in a thoroughly unprofessional way. Instead of assisting guests, he made us feel uneasy and unwelcome.

The most distressing incident occurred when he physically pushed a child. This conduct is, in my view, entirely unacceptable, especially in a hotel catering to families with children. Each guest merits respect, and every child should feel secure. No member of the hotel staff should ever act in this manner.

Due to Hakan's conduct, I profoundly regret booking a weeklong stay at this hotel. What was meant to be a calming holiday turned into a stressful and disappointing ordeal. No guest should face intimidation or disrespect during their stay.

I wish to clarify that this evaluation does not reflect on the entire hotel or all its staff. Mehmet exemplified genuine hospitality and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the behavior of one employee was sufficient to tarnish our overall experience.

I genuinely trust that the hotel management treats this matter seriously, investigates the issue, and ensures that no other guests undergo a similar experience. I am sharing this evaluation solely to recount my personal experience and aid future guests in making an informed decision before booking.
