Nothing, it is a fake hotel. It does not exist at all. Be carefull. I do not undresrand how booking.com list this fake hotel. It is still available and you can book it, despite it is officially not there

Room was dirty and no toilet paper provided
No towels, dusty sheets, very bad experience
Everything was terrible, zero hygiene
I checked out on the second day, it was a terrible experience
