We stayed in a Junior Suite and we have nothing but words of praise. The room is beautiful - clean, spacious, comfortable, and very bright. Everything was impeccable and truly deserves top ratings.
The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. We were particularly impressed by their proactive approach to guests' needs and their efforts to make the stay as pleasant as possible.
The bed is extremely comfortable, and the pillows are perfect for a good night's sleep.
The hotel's location couldn't be better - it is less than a five-minute walk from the pedestrian zone and the famous Istiklal Street, as well as just a few minutes from the charming and artistic quarter of Cihangir, known for its beautiful cafes, restaurants, and bars.
The metro, bus, tram, and ferry are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, making it very easy and practical to move around the city using public transport.
We are thrilled with both the accommodation and the staff, and we would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul. 😊
