Location
The heater and air conditioning are very noisy, the room was very hot, the toilet seat was broken and dirty, the stove was dirty, and the hotel staff was not very helpful. When I asked for water and coffee, I was told that the cleaner has the key to the kitchen, so there was no tea, coffee or water available that night. I was forced to pay in Euros at a higher rate or asked to leave. They gave me a much smaller room than the one I had actually booked. It was very hot and they couldn't control the temperature. The bathroom exhaust was very noisy when turned on, making an unbearable sound like a broken factory.
