Excepcional

GREAT CHOICE OF LODGING

The location is incredible, walking distance to all of the Sultanhamet area, and it is very cozy. The staff is very friendly, we never had to ask for their help with anything. During check out, you can leave your luggage at reception, everything is very well and secure. They cleaned the room daily and left new water and towels.

There were some small details in the room to take into account. There was a broken light and the main bathroom light was not working, but the one by the mirror worked perfectly. There was a small leak under the sink and they left a container to collect the water. When we arrived, I had to empty it in the toilet because it was full. I stayed there for 7 days and it only filled halfway, which makes me think that they had that part very forgotten.

A perfect hotel in location

The hotel's location is perfect for seeing the mosques and walking to the area where the boats and bazaar were. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea. And the cooks were very polite and friendly.
