No problems were caused here.
Despite booking and payment, no room was assigned because apparently it was not paid for. Since we arrived a day late, they gave our room to someone else. Already in contact with booking.

A place that is not an apartment on the top floor. There is no glass in the bedrooms.
It was raining and water was flowing around the lamp in the room we were sitting. I called reception and they said they would come in the morning to check.

Friendly staff. Overall, not bad.
Before departure, the room was not cleaned for the last few days. The toilet flush was not working. No bathrobes.
