Very clean room and very friendly staff. It's a 5-minute walk from Sulthanamet Square. Every day they left two 0.5L water bottles in the room, for free. Rich breakfast. Recommend!

All was good except...
However, the impression was greatly spoiled by the woman working in the kitchen. She behaved very rudely and unfriendly. In the mornings, she would bang the dishes so loudly that we would wake up from this noise. It was also unpleasant to watch her forcefully throwing and setting the dishes during breakfast, creating a feeling as if something was about to break. Such behavior brings discomfort to guests and does not correspond to the atmosphere of hospitality.
We really hope that the management will pay attention to this situation and take necessary measures. Due to such attitude of the staff, unfortunately, we no longer want to return to this hotel despite all its advantages.
