Very Good

Right by the sea

There is a spa center and a pool

Quite quiet (when the room is not facing the road)

The nearest town by the sea, but it's still a half-hour Uber ride

There is a restaurant at the hotel, and nearby, if you go left, there are several cafes and a coffee shop with a nice view, but the coffee is not very tasty

A three-minute walk along the promenade, there is a good children's playground and a small shop with water/snacks/beach goods

Keep in mind that the town is small and not very touristy, they mostly speak Russian, not English

There is a parrot living at the entrance ;)

Food: The restaurant at the hotel is not tasty (but at least not expensive), and the service is very slow. I ordered breakfast for a little child (thinking it would be a buffet, and we could get porridge) - but the breakfast was 'Turkish', not bad, see the photo, but it would have been better to choose ourselves

Ventilation system is poorly adjusted - even at night, it became incredibly stuffy in 10 minutes without air conditioning, and the air conditioner blew directly onto the bed

The room is cramped (you can't sit straight on the toilet, your knees won't fit to the shell), but the even-numbered rooms have a better view of the sea; also, the pillows are uncomfortable

Unsatisfactory

I was disappointed with the location, the room, and the restaurant staff.

Regrettably, I left my iPad in the room. Upon requesting it, I was informed that it wasn't located. This raises a question mark.

Exceptional

Small cozy hotel with polite and responsive staff. The room is clean, the view of the sea is magnificent!
