Accommodation - Taxim Square.

Around without anonymous institutions / shops / near metro.

Everything else - does not match the requested categories, prices and expectations.

Throughout my travel experience to Istanbul (4th visit) - this is the worst hotel experience.

We booked a panoramic room at the hotel - Super Deluxe (45 m²) with panoramic views of Istanbul, for 2 persons, and fully paid for accommodation in advance through Booking.

❗ Upon arrival, without any prior notice, they informed us that our room was 'unavailable' and unilaterally replaced it with another one. There was no prior notification from the hotel or Booking regarding the replacement, no one asked for permission to do so.

At the reception, we were told that the room was 'better and more expensive', but this turned out to be untrue. They gave us a room of the same size, but calculated for 4 people, with two small bedrooms instead of one spacious room with panoramic windows which we booked. The configuration of the rooms was significantly different.

After contacting the reception, the female staff behaved unprofessionally and disrespectfully, although the problem was not our fault. The male staff were friendly.

The next day, we were offered to move to the booked room, informing us that:

• Problems with heating

• They can 'resettle us again' if necessary.

The last 2 nights in the room were unbearable.

The actual condition of the Super Deluxe room:

• Heating not working (Three fully charged batteries cold)

• Inefficient heating mode air conditioner

• The room was cold, damp, uncomfortable

• Cold towel dryer - towels do not dry, moist

• Towel dryer with holes

• Mold on the floor in the bathroom

• Dirty streaks on the walls, detached wallpapers

• Only one of the three lamps in the bathroom worked properly

• Audible noise

• Overall condition of the room - neglected!

Throughout the entire stay, the staff never checked whether we were warm or if everything was in order. After a conflict, the attitude was openly cold and uncomfortable.

За весь час проживання персонал жодного разу не поцікавився чи нам тепло, чи все в порядку. Після конфлікту ставлення було відверто холодним, було некомфортно.
