MoiseevSmall, unclean room with inadequate upkeep.
The room was significantly smaller than depicted in the photos, unclean, and lacking proper maintenance. The floor had chips and dirt, the furniture was stained, the shower drain was blocked, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak, and the bedding felt artificial and triggered an allergic response. Paid cleaning or complimentary cleaning only once every 10 days is not satisfactory.

Lovely, tidy accommodation with a convenient location. We found it peaceful overall, with no disturbances to our rest. The internet connection was very good.
It was slightly frustrating that there was continual noise from someone on the floor above us constantly moving chairs, causing some disturbance. Additionally, the shower in our room had poor drainage, resulting in standing water. We had to manually wash it away each time to prevent flooding.
