We were warmly welcomed from the airport with a very luxurious transfer to the hotel. Especially Murat Bey was very friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff as well. We were able to get a more spacious room due to a wheelchair.
The location is ideal. It only took a few minutes to get to the city center and there is a taxi station just around the corner. Really top!
Some reception staff were not professional and the breakfast was always the same.

Great location for our needs. Comfortable beds, clean spacious rooms. The restaurant offers a wide selection at a reasonable price, with friendly staff who went out of their way to assist.
I believe the breakfast options could be improved slightly; having a toaster would elevate it to the next level.
