My mom has stayed at this hotel twice, and both times she was very satisfied. The service here is simply outstanding! The entire staff is very friendly, helpful, and attentive.
For us, it was especially important that the staff speaks Russian, as my mom doesn't speak other languages. This made her stay much more comfortable.
The transfer from the airport to the hotel and back was very easy to organize. The drivers were punctual, polite, and friendly.
Staff responds very quickly to emails and messages, which is also very pleasant.
Mom really liked the room - clean, cozy, and neat. Breakfast is included in the room rate, which is an additional plus.
Now my mom plans to stay at this hotel every time she visits us. We confidently recommend this hotel to everyone who values a high level of service and care for guests.
