OlcaytuFriendly, comfortable, and safe accommodation.
All the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. A day before our check-in date, they contacted us via WhatsApp to ask if we needed any transfers. Since we arrived at the hotel early, we left our luggage and went out; it was a very nice gesture that our luggage was already placed in our room while we were out.
We stayed as a family and overall we were very satisfied. The location of the hotel is great.
We would also like to thank especially Mr. Kerem for his attention and hospitality. We felt very good. We are considering coming back at the earliest opportunity.
Although the location of the hotel is great, being on a busy street can sometimes be a bit noisy at nights. Besides that, everything was perfect.
