This is an old, dirty and unsafe building which has been mistakenly classified as a hotel.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WILL NEVER RETURN!

We immediately filed a formal complaint about the facilities of this hotel upon check-in. The actual facilities do not match the ones listed at all. We had to use a paid parking lot that we found ourselves and carry our luggage from there. Although there are parking spaces in a closed courtyard area around the building, we were not allowed to park there despite 'free on-site parking' being listed as a facility. We had to pay for parking and risk leaving our car in an unknown and insecure-looking paid parking area nearby. There is no Wi-Fi available for guests as advertised. We had to request and wait for them to provide us with a router from another room to connect to the internet. We decided to leave after the first night due to the unacceptably low level of hygiene. The bed sheets had not been changed, were dirty with hair and stains, and were unusable. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, forcing us to keep the window open in January. This building is essentially a poorly maintained student dormitory with some rooms converted for rentals. We were unable to lock our door from the inside, and the entire place felt unsafe. I believe this property should not even be listed on booking.com. The quality does not match the price, and the information and described conditions are not reliable. I requested a refund as we had to pay for parking initially and then find another place to stay for the second night. If we had not arrived late, we wouldn't have stayed even for the first night, but we had limited options. We were on a business trip attending an industry fair at the nearby expo centre, and this inconvenience caused us a lot of stress and wasted time rearranging our accommodation. Neither booking.com nor the hotel responded appropriately to my complaint. I no longer intend to trust the properties listed here as reliable, as this experience clearly shows the lack of protection booking.com offers to its users.

The only good thing is that it is very close to TUYAP fairground. However, other than that, it is not worth staying here.

The photos are old, dating back to 2016. The room is old and not clean.

Very awful place to stay.

Nothing.

No soap, full of cockroaches. Room smelt like a smoking competition was being held in it. Air conditioning not working. Furniture was damaged. Towels were unclean. Shower was not working. Also, one morning there was no hot water. Asked for an invoice at noon, they said it would be ready in two hours, only received it at midnight, and had to stand behind them to see if they were actually preparing an invoice.
