I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and attentive throughout my ten-day visit, from my arrival to my departure.
I want to thank Sakra, Asif, and Mahmoud at the front desk. Mahmoud, in particular, was professional, kind, and always willing to assist with a smile. His exceptional service enhanced my experience at the hotel.
The hotel is clean, suitable for families, and has comfortable rooms. The breakfast selection was great and tasty.
Although the location is not very convenient due to limited public transportation options, the hotel offers great value for its top-notch service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others traveling to Istanbul. The exceptional hospitality of the staff, especially Mahmoud, is a major reason for my return.
Thank you to the entire team for making my stay pleasant and memorable. I am excited to come back.
My only suggestion for improvement would be better soundproofing between rooms to minimize noise transfer from neighboring rooms.
