The property is extremely well located and allows to reach the main attractions on foot. The staff is LOVELY and very attentive. We celebrated my husband's birthday during our stay and the staff surprised us by leaving a beautiful piece of cake in the room with a "Happy birthday" card, it was perfect. Thank you Me by Mula!

Everything was top-notch at the hotel. Starting from the moment of check-in to check-out, the staff was very welcoming and friendly, ready to assist with everything from tips on sightseeing to finding a lost phone in the cafe.
The rooms were very clean, fresh, with a beautiful design. Housekeeping was done every day.
The hotel provided a very nice complimentary gift in the form of sweets upon check-in and check-out.
If we are in Istanbul again, we will definitely return!
