ZiyadDidn't like the place and requested to leave, the hotel management was very cooperative where they agreed to cancel the reservation for free.
The reception was welcoming and nice.
The hotel's location on the map on Booking.com is different from its actual location, and there are more than one building with the same name in the area. It wasn't easy to find the place especially with a family and children.
Upon our arrival after a tiring journey, the air conditioning and TV were malfunctioning. Despite the staff's quick response to fix them, it wasn't supposed to deliver the unit in this condition in the first place.
The cleanliness in general, specifically kitchen utensils and the bathroom, is what made me request to leave.
MohammedGood stay but the place needs renovation. The room's TV is malfunctioning with broken channels.
The location and the staff at the reception are great.
There is a laundry on the floor I'm staying in with a 1-meter Mytheer sensitivity for asthma and sensitivity to the smell of chemicals used in washing. An unhealthy washing environment and a location not suitable for washing around the clock.
