RosenRepeated Disappointments
This was not an isolated incident. I have booked many stays at this hotel, and similar problems continue to happen. Because it is one of the closest hotels to the hospital, I kept giving it another chance, hoping things would improve. Unfortunately, they haven’t. Unless the management seriously improves customer service, communication, and respect for reservations, I cannot recommend this hotel.

The room smelled very strongly of cigarettes, constant airing and bathroom fan were on constantly nevertheless it stank.
Room very small.
