Attentive and friendly staff, who speak English, close location of the hotel to the metro and other transport, always hot water
Very poor sound insulation, not very clean, the booking indicated a terrace, which is not a terrace, also a bad smell of cigarette smoke

I have booked the hotel for 5 days. It is located near a metro and bus station with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff are very nice and happy to help you with everything you need.
