They deceived me, my room was supposed to include breakfast, but they did not provide it. When I reported this to Booking.com, they falsely claimed to Booking.com that breakfast was served in my room! Because of concerns for my safety and security, I did not feel comfortable confronting them about their dishonesty.

Decent

The location is quite convenient, close to the metro station and tram and bus stops. The hotel staff is friendly, quickly responding to messages, helping during our stay. There are various restaurants, cafes, a shop that works late nearby.

The photos on the website are overly embellished, the rooms look much simpler and tired. We saw photos from the hotel (and read about it in previous reviews) that breakfast should be in a buffet format, but every day we stayed there was either no breakfast at all (we were told that the chef was sick), or it was a ready plate with the same set - two pieces of cheese, sausages, olives, and a slice of tomato. This was also disappointing, and in the last few days, we had to look for breakfast elsewhere. In the room itself, there was a mixer in the sink, a kitchen, and a washing machine, but there were no dining utensils or bowls, no laundry detergent.
