Exceptional

Great value for money for your requirements

The receptionist and dining room staff were excellent and welcomed us warmly, responding quickly to anything we required. Additionally, the location is convenient. It was easy to find our necessities such as groceries, clothing, sweets, restaurants, and cafes

The lift was too small. It was only sufficient for 2 to 3 people. Apart from that, the hotel is excellent

Despite these negatives, we had a pleasant stay in Istanbul.

The location is really convenient, close to the tram and tourist areas, allowing you to easily do everything on foot or by public transport. There are also plenty of nice shops and stores around, the location is ideal to enjoy the stay.

The staff is also very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which is greatly appreciated.

Upon arrival, there was a strong smell of drainage in the room, which is really unpleasant. In addition, the insulation is poor: you can hear a lot of noise in the corridors as well as other guests in their rooms, making it difficult to rest properly.

The towels appeared clean but had a lot of hair on them, which gives a very bad impression of general hygiene. The breakfast is very limited and clearly lacking choices.

Overall, the cleaning and maintenance really need to be reviewed.
