The hotel is located on a pedestrian street Istiklal. Always vibrant and interesting (our room overlooked this street - that's how we booked). The street is noisy, it gets loud by 1-2 am. It wasn't a problem for us. The bathroom is very exotic - directly in the room, separated by a curtain. It may disturb some. It's not a separate room as we are used to, but just a cabin right across the bed. Breakfasts are similar but very hearty. The cafe where breakfast is served, across the hotel, just need to cross the street.
There is no elevator in the hotel, only a steep spiral staircase. Carrying luggage upstairs, well I would say, it's quite a quest. Fortunately, Riza, the receptionist, helped us. A huge thank you to him. We are two elderly women. Another downside - we booked 2 separate beds. Got up, found one big bed in the room and for some reason Riza told us to wait until tomorrow to have them separated. We did it ourselves, he only brought a second set of linens. Very strange that he couldn't arrange or prepare the room for us, which we confirmed with 2 separate beds. We consider this a minus of the hotel!

Perfect location, we were on the most iconic street of Istanbul. Reza was extremely helpful, he helped us with luggage, he walked us to our transfer, he was helping us with everything we asked.
The only problem that you could experience is absence of elevator
