Breakfast is sold as a service, even though it is not actually available. The photos have been processed with AI and do not correspond to reality. When asked, the response was that the photos are just conceptual images. Refunds are not given if you do not cancel early enough, which is impossible because the truth about the room only became apparent upon arrival.
HkThe room was not clean at all and did not resemble the pictures. I felt completely deceived by the photos and the description. I also paid extra for breakfast, but there was no restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was delivered from outside and was not satisfactory.
Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay. I do not recommend this hotel, as it is definitely not worth the price I paid.
