As someone who travels frequently to Istanbul, I have stayed in many hotels but here was really different in terms of the service quality it provided. Our room was spotless, comfortable and had a wonderful view of the Bosphorus. The staff is extremely professional, respectful and guest-oriented. You feel like a valued guest, not just an ordinary customer. The location, cleanliness and service quality were in perfect harmony.
The hotel met our expectations smoothly. There was a meticulous approach in every aspect from cleanliness to service quality. We felt comfortable and safe. Therefore, we cannot mention any issue that would cause dissatisfaction.

Thanks to its location, we could reach both the beach and the surrounding social areas in a few minutes. Watching the sunset from the room was unforgettable with the sea view. The rooms were modern, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The warm approach and hospitality of the staff made us very happy. A hotel that provides confidence with its service quality, will be preferred again.
Throughout our stay at the hotel, we did not encounter any problems. All processes were progressing planned and professionally. The staff's approach was kind and solution-oriented. There was no situation that would require us to make a negative comment.
