Very close to the airport

Terrible, had lots of first-time experiences for me

Provided three bottles of water

- Strong smell of smoke in the room

- Poor customer service - limited English. Asked for another room due to the smell of smoke and was immediately told it was fully booked

- Poor management - received a message on Whatsapp on check-in day saying that due to a problem at the hotel, they were unable to accommodate me and would place me in their other branch. Even though the second accommodation is closer to the airport, receiving such a message could be nerve-wracking. The new accommodation does not match the photos of the original one, with less modern facilities and a bathroom. Also told that I could choose my desired room type with no extra charges, which was not the case as they would just say the hotel is full and give me whatever they want

- Expensive and inconsistent airport shuttle prices provided via Whatsapp and by receptionists. Received three different prices

- Weak shower water pressure

- Only one key card available, and the lights turn off if you remove it to lock the door at night, etc

- Dirty refrigerator handles

At the middle of the night somebody knocked on the door several times.

It means there is no video surveillance.
