Comfortable Stay for Work

I stayed at Livinton Ataşehir Istanbul for a work trip and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax after a busy day. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and equipped with everything I needed for a stay.

The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The location was convenient for business meetings in the Ataşehir area, with easy access to restaurants and transportation. However, if you're planning to visit Istanbul's main tourist attractions, expect a longer commute, as the hotel is located some distance from the city's historic center.

Overall, I had a smooth and comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend Livinton Ataşehir to business travelers looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay in Istanbul.

Relatively friendly, but everything was done wrong

Was relatively clean

We did not get the room we booked...

Booked:

Family Suite with 1 double bed, 2 single beds in total for 4 people

Received:

"Family Suite" with 1 double bed, 1 spare bed, and 1 sofa bed

After clarification on the hotel's own website, it was determined that the hotel does not rent out such a room as we had booked, but effectively as we received

Nevertheless, the hotel kindly provided us with an additional room with 2 single beds free of charge

Chronology of what was not OK:

Day 1: did not get the room that was booked

Day 2: no room cleaning, although the room was vacated around 1:00 PM and the green card was hung on the door

Day 3: the spare bed and sofa bed were still not cleared away, even though we received an additional room

Check-Out: No issues

In summary, it can be said that the hotel staff was relatively friendly, but unfortunately there is too little communication among them. The early shift does not know what the late shift has agreed and vice versa.
