The facility is clean and comfortable spacious apartment very nice. Helpful cheerful staff.
NedaOverall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would gladly stay here again.
This was my third stay at this hotel, and once again, I had a very pleasant experience. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever needed. The suite was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with kitchen facilities available for anyone who would like to prepare their own meals.
The location is excellent, very close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. I stayed with my parents, who are both over 65. The hotel is located at the bottom of a hill, so walking uphill from the hotel may be difficult for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. However, we used Uber during our stay and had no problems at all. You can also book a taxi or ask the hotel to help you book a taxi.
The only negative point was that the internet connection was very slow and could be improved.

Spacious room with kitchenette and washing machine
The location is very inconvenient. The approach involves steep up/down hills. There is almost no public transport available, only taxis that often decline or charge three times the regular fare. Access from one side requires climbing 75 to 100 steps. Not recommended for those with health issues, knee problems, or the elderly. The property does not offer any meals, so you will need to navigate through this challenging terrain for any necessities. It is not a serviced apartment, so they do not supply water, tea, coffee, cleaning, etc., except once upon check-in upon request. Aside from the size of the room, there are no other advantages.
