Very clean, close to all major attractions. Breakfast was also very good, and a clean spa with great prices!

Great option in Istanbul

Everything in general. It is very well located, a 15-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar and 25 minutes from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. In addition, there is a metro station and a tram stop within walking distance. The hotel is very clean. The pool area and Turkish bath for relaxation in the hotel are appreciated. The buffet offers a variety of options. The hotel is very clean.
Overall everything. Interestingly, they do not have a duvet cover or sheets but a thin bedspread (two on the double bed)

Very good 7

New and clean facility but below expectations

The room was very quiet and we slept well
The receptionist was extremely rude when it came to resolving a very simple issue (they had remade the children's beds by joining them together like a double bed, unlike how they were before)
The general manager of the hotel had to intervene and was very helpful and polite, but I consider the rudeness shown by the receptionist at the beginning unacceptable, especially considering that it was their mistake.
Overall, I don't think it can be considered a 4-star hotel: it doesn't have bar and/or restaurant services except for breakfast, there is little staff (in the afternoon there was no cleaning staff available to solve the problem with the beds), even at the spa when we went there was no one there and children were diving and splashing all around (I was also with children but of course I was supervising and limiting overly chaotic activities), the pool water was icy cold the first day (later the general manager kindly raised it "on purpose for us")
Also, the rooms (we had two connecting rooms) despite being new and clean were really tiny and both overlooked a very small and unattractive internal courtyard.
I think they should at least vary the prices based on the type of room view
I'm sorry because despite the obvious efforts they made to accommodate us, I would not stay there again next time
