Only the location was okay, it was a catastrophe!
The hotel was an absolute dump. The staff was completely overwhelmed.
On the first evening, the receptionist just talked on the phone for 30 minutes and made us wait before we could even check in. Then he initially assigned us an already occupied room. Subsequently, we were given a room that we had not booked - a tiny room. After we complained, we received two small rooms. In one, the hot water did not work; in the other, it was very cold.
The next day, we finally got a larger room. However, water was dripping from the ceiling in the shower, the ceiling was moldy, the shower was broken, and the toilet flush did not work. Also, the windows could not be closed properly.
In the evening, there were also several loud knocks on our door.
We will definitely never visit this accommodation again and cannot recommend it.
