Located just a few minutes walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Situated next to a cozy park with a playground, and a small supermarket nearby. Ali is very helpful, easily reachable, and speaks good English.
Take a close look at the photos on Booking: two apartments at Lily Mansion have a kind of living area, but ours didn't really have that.
If you plan to use public transportation frequently, it's better to stay closer to a tram stop.

It's very small

We rented 2 apartments, on the ground floor and on the 1st floor. A few minutes walk from the Sultanahmet Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the tram at Cemberlitas... (note that it's uphill!). To the right when you leave the apartments, there is a small restaurant for breakfast. Our host was attentive to our needs, thank you to him.
The only negative point was the soundproofing
