The first thing was booking all hotels with breakfast. I went to breakfast and the staff told me I must pay for the breakfast.

Afterwards, I asked for drinking water, they only give me bottled water. All five-star hotels give me these, but the staff here doesn't, three-star hotels are better than you.

Location.

Outside the bedroom there is an air conditioner that works so loudly that it is impossible to sleep. Instead of a blanket, there was a waffle towel. In fact, there is no staff in the evening. It is not realistic to solve the issue with anyone. For the first time in my life, I checked out of another hotel at night and left. Not recommended. Left with extremely negative impressions.

Exceptional

This is my second time staying here and everything was perfect, I highly recommend it. The location is very close to the metro, it looks exactly like in the photos, peaceful, you can rest without any problems. The staff is very friendly and eager to help with any issue. I will gladly come back.
