Close to metro and tram station.

I had a small room overlooking the courtyard ... view with windows from other buildings, trash on the roof - not pleasant at all. Photos do not reflect the appearance - especially the area around the hotel.

Issues with payment - I paid in cash on the first day and on the second day the hotel canceled the stay. I am still writing to them and to Booking about the bill and payment.

Breakfast every day is the same - nothing special.

Towel racks missing in the bathroom... only the screws remained

Room with balcony: full of pigeon droppings and very dirty. Clearly not cleaned regularly

Damaged floor in one spot

Door frame coming off

Very poor breakfast

Street noise... non-existent insulation
