The food selection was outstanding, the staff were courteous, welcoming, and efficient, and the hotel provided excellent value for money.

Will not return again!

Staff were superb!

German cockroaches were found in the rooms. The car park is very small. Room cleaning is substandard. The towels are old and not clean, leaving lint on the body!

The overall rating for this hotel should really be no higher than 'Good'; the 'Superb' rating it holds is inaccurate when compared to other hotels on Booking.com. I booked here because it seemed more upscale, but it was a disappointment.

A hotel we love, from the reception we were very well welcomed, I stayed 3 times this year, it was great.
