The WIFI was not working. During check-in they said that your reservation includes a room on the -1st floor and there were no windows there, only a small fortress. Although the previous 2 times for the same reservation with booking, I stayed on the 2nd floor. I paid an additional fee to get a room on the 2nd floor, but also they said that the terminal was not working and the hotels wanted cash payment, so I had to transfer the money, even though that same night I took drinks for checking and paid for them through the terminal, but then there was a different friendly employee. Thanks to him

There is nowhere to like at all.
The cleanliness is very bad, the doors, windows are bad. The furniture is old. All the noise from outside was entering the room. We put towels and closed the windows so that less noise would come. The air conditioning is broken. The bathroom is disgusting! The worst part is that we woke up with a cockroach in the bed in the morning! It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my life!

The fridge in the room was not working. It says there is a parking lot but there isn't.
