The WIFI was not working. During check-in, they said that your reservation includes a room on -1 floor and there weren't even any windows, only a small fortification. Although on the 2 previous occasions for the same reservation with a booking, I stayed on the 2nd floor. I paid an additional fee to get a room on the 2nd floor, also they said that the terminal is not working and the hotels wanted cash payment, so I had to transfer the money, although on the same night I took drinks for checking and paid for them through the terminal but then there was a different friendly employee. Thanks to him.

There is no place to like at all.
Cleanliness is very bad, doors, windows are bad. The furniture is old. All noises from outside were entering the room. We put towels and closed the windows to reduce the noise a bit. The air conditioning is broken. The bathroom is disgusting! The worst part is we woke up with a cockroach in bed in the morning! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life!

The fridge in the room was not working. It says there is a parking lot but there isn't.
